Managed the production of an eye test device, from procurement to assembly, documentation, presentations, software and hardware enhancements, kernel building, testing, repairs, to on-site and remote support. Activities ranged from programming new modules for the existing software, updating the kernel to support new hardware, assembling all items and preparing them for shipment, presenting new features to the cooperation partner, to practicing ISO 13485 rules.
