Complete refactoring of the core functionality of a 5-year-old QMS solution. Restructured the authorization system and implemented other requested features after ensuring the existing functionality by improving unit tests. Weekly continuous deliveries and meetings to ensure the expected product is delivered. Improved several metrics, such as increasing code coverage from 14% to 50% by writing over 1000 unit tests, reducing LOC and code redundancy while implementing new features. Updated documentation and created an authorization matrix.
