Created and implemented all software processes from scratch. Set up and managed the necessary systems to reflect the processes from ticket creation to continuous integration. Responsible for all life cycles from needs analysis, requirements engineering, specification matching and documentation to implementation, testing, and final deployment. Worked closely with various roles to achieve the best possible results. Proposed ideas to improve the overall UI/UX of the application and completely refactor the existing source code. Conducted job interviews, supervised internships and other developers, and implemented lightweight Scrum.
